Madison Avenue Residence

We renovated this pre-war Condo with two bedrooms, two baths and two terraces to add both beauty and function for the family. A sunny loft-like great room with detailed ceiling and custom gourmet kitchen are now the center of activity in this bright and welcoming home. We designed and installed custom millwork throughout for maximum storage and created the terraces to provide much sought after outdoor living and views.
