East 74th Street Penthouse

We executed a vertical combination of two estate-condition apartments to create an amazing penthouse with huge outdoor spaces, large chef’s kitchen with high gloss bar from Christopher Peacock, and large family apartment with great entertaining spaces. The design included custom doors, plaster mouldings from Hyde Park, central air, a new structural opening and stairs, and a master suite with his and hers baths, an office, service kitchen, and dressing room.
