Gramercy Park North 2

This is the 3rd apartment in the same line in the same building facing Gramercy Park that we have renovated and it never gets old! Clients wanted a highly custom home that would be a serene oasis for them in New York City. The architect designed an urbane and masculine take on an elegant park-facing prewar building full of our classic custom finishes like new moldings, doors and ceilings throughout. Beautiful details can’t be missed like the La Polla inspired flooring, new windows, and upholstered walls. Our priority was to create a fresh backdrop to showcase the client’s whimsically curated art collection against clean lines, balanced proportions and a sophisticated tonal pallet of grays, blues and pops of red. The brand new custom kitchen has Dekton countertops and the latest high-performance appliances. The Master Bathroom is a work of art with Ombre mosaic floor-to-ceiling walls.
